## 1. General Agreement By purchasing any virtual rank, perk, or digital service from LAPATA SMP STORE, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as the official Lapata SMP server rules. ## 2. Minecraft Username Accuracy - Customers must enter their exact Minecraft username during checkout. - You are solely responsible for any spelling mistakes. Lapata SMP is not liable for perks delivered to an incorrect username due to typographical errors. - Both Java Premium and Cracked/Offline usernames are accepted. ## 3. Digital Fulfillment & RCON Automation - Ranks are delivered automatically through Minecraft RCON command execution (`lp user <player> parent set <group>`) upon verified payment. - If your server account was offline or RCON connection was interrupted, our system records your order as PAID and our admin team can re-trigger delivery without additional charges. ## 4. Rank Balancing & Server Evolution - Lapata SMP reserves the right to rebalance, tweak, add, or modify rank perks or permissions as necessary for overall server health, gameplay fairness, and performance. ## 5. Staff Conduct & Termination - Staff ranks carry serious responsibility. Any abuse of moderation commands (including but not limited to unauthorized bans, item spawning, griefing, or harassment) will result in immediate termination of staff privileges without refund. ## 6. Chargebacks & Fraud - Any fraudulent payment or chargeback initiated through your bank or payment provider will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from Lapata SMP and all affiliated networks.
